Is a deposit required for services?
Yes, a deposit of $100-150 is required as a deposit unless otherwise stated by a Born To DJ Representative. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or anytime before.
How can deposits be paid?
Deposits can be made by credit card via the Born to DJ website by clicking on the Payments link at the bottom of the screen. Deposits can also be paid through PayPal to this email address. You can also send a Bank or USPS issued money order to 16 Woodlea Valley Cove, Greensboro, NC 27406.
When does the Wedding and/or Reception Questionnaire need to be returned?
We prefer that the questionnaire be returned to Born To DJ either by fax, mail, or email at least two weeks in advance to give us ample time to prepare the music selections as well as address any questions that may arise.
Are requests allowed during the event?
Requests are not only allowed; they are encouraged. We have an extensive music selection and should be able to play just about any song that is requested. You, as well as your guests, can also submit requests prior to an event by clicking on the Requests link at the bottom of the screen.
Can you provide references?
References from former clients are available upon request. You can also see what former customers have said by clicking on the Testimonials link at the top and bottom of this page.
Are there pictures or videos that can be provided from previous events?
We try to post pictures from all of our events on our Facebook page, which can be access by clicking here. There are also pictures on our Instagram page (@BornToDJ) and the Born To DJ website home page.
What time will my DJ arrive?
Your DJ will arrive 45 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the event) prior to the event to set up and perform sound checks and ensure that everything is working properly.

Speak to your Born To DJ representative who will be happy to answer any and all questions that you may have. We will make every effort to respond to you as soon as possible. However, we do ask for 24-48 hours to respond to any calls or emails.
